A collaboration with Helmi Partners usually begins with an initial conversation where we review the organization's needs and situation. The conversation is without preconditions and provides an opportunity to discuss any personnel-related issues or challenges that exist in the business.
Based on this, the collaboration can be designed in different ways. It can involve an individual HR survey, advice on specific personnel issues or more ongoing HR support where Helmi acts as an external HR partner.
