Through Helmi Partners, I help small and medium-sized companies manage human resources issues in a professional and practical way. The goal is to create stable work environments while giving management more time to focus on business development.

I have worked in operations where collaboration, responsibility and trust are crucial for the organization to function well, and I bring that experience with me to my work with companies and organizations.
