My name is Johanna Königsson and I am the founder of Helmi Partners. I work with human resources, leadership and organizational development because I am convinced that well-functioning workplaces are created through clear structures, good leadership and respect for the people in the organization.

Through Helmi Partners, I help small and medium-sized companies manage human resources issues in a professional and practical way. The goal is to create stable work environments while giving management more time to focus on business development.

My background in healthcare and educational leadership has given me a good understanding of how people function in working life. I have worked in operations where collaboration, responsibility and trust are crucial for the organization to function well, and I bring that experience with me to my work with companies and organizations.

Through Helmi Partners, I help small and medium-sized companies create clearer structures around personnel work, work environment and leadership. Many organizations lack their own HR resources but still face complex personnel issues. I therefore offer practical and accessible support that makes it easier to handle personnel issues in a professional and sustainable way.
